The Content and Programs Manager is responsible for managing and implementing educational projects within a cross-functional and multi-modal member education and outreach team, identifying educational needs and priorities, and leading implementation efforts across BoardSource’s programmatic efforts. This includes understanding the educational needs of BoardSource’s membership and broader network; assisting in the development and curation of content across a wide range of mediums – including interactive educational modules and training programs, written content and publications, web content, while also researching and implementing other formats as needed to benefit BoardSource’s education and outreach efforts.
As part of these responsibilities, the Content and Programs Manager takes a lead role in project management for member education and outreach efforts, including developing and updating relevant web content and collaborating with marketing and communications colleagues to promote BoardSource offerings and member engagement. This includes planning and managing virtual and in-person training programs, learning experiences, and other projects as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits
BoardSource offers competitive wages and excellent benefits, including high-quality health insurance with dental and vision coverage, life insurance, a retirement plan with employer match, and other work/life benefits. The hiring range for this position is $46,000-$58,000, depending on experience.
