Uqora makes innovative products for urinary tract health. 

Uqora was born out of frustration—founder Jenna Ryan had 8 UTIs in one year. She knew she couldn’t stay stuck in this cycle, but didn’t realize how many people like her were struggling with the same issue. Turns out, UTIs are the second most common infection in the US, second only to the common cold. That led Jenna and her co-founder, Spencer Gordon, to partner with physicians and urologists, and build on the best research available to develop unique urinary health solutions.  

Since launching in 2017, Uqora’s been able to help over 70,000 people get ahead of UTIs. They’re very focused on creating exceptional products and a vibrant, collaborative community of customers. They’re also committed to elevating research in the space and are currently running a pharmaceutical-grade clinical trial, and have several other clinical studies in the works. 

Uqora is growing quickly, and as the tenth full-time hire, the Customer Success Associate has an opportunity to make a meaningful impact working with the most important part of the business—Uqora’s customers.

A sampling of what you’ll be doing: 

  • Handle inbound customer service requests via email, chat and phone each day 
  • Assist in outbound retention marketing (often conducted via text and call) 
  • Participate in our weekly all-team meetings to share customer insights and trends, as well as proposing solutions 
  • Learn about other aspects of the business and jump in to help with a range of other projects when you have extra time
