Position Summary
The Cloud Operations & Security Operations Manager leads the campus enterprise systems, storage, and cloud infrastructure to maintain a high level of security and availability. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Infrastructure & Operations, this key leadership position is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining public and private cloud environments and systems. The role involves managing day-to-day operations, performing, and documenting architecture, and procedures including continuous monitoring implementation and enforcement of robust security measures. The incumbent will collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to align cloud strategies with institutional goals, providing strategic guidance on emerging technologies and best practices. The Cloud Systems, Operations & Security Manager will provide operational leadership and management of all functional areas of the Identity Management & Systems Operations unit of IRT. This comprises critical infrastructure associated with campus data center, disaster recovery (DR), and cloud infrastructure storage, servers, high availability, and backup systems. Education & Experience:

Position Summary
The Senior Director of Enterprise Systems & Data Services, reports to the AVP for Planning & Digital Transformation and serves as a member of the IRT leadership team. The incumbent actively participates in planning, projects, prioritization, and continuous improvement of IRT operations and customer service.
The Senior Director leads and manages the Enterprise Systems (PeopleSoft) team and helps develop and diffuse a culture that is attuned to mission critical activities, strategic goals, and providing excellent service and experiences to faculty, staff, and students. The incumbent will also serve as a project manager/key project resource for multiple, complex campus-wide projects and serves on multiple standing and project committees.
The Senior Director manages a high-performing team of analysts, developers, and modelers. The position is responsible for delivering a sustainable data warehouse and reporting platform to meet current and emerging campus data needs. The platform will meet both strategic and operational needs for data and reports for multiple divisions including Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, Advancement, and Budget and Finance. When possible, reports should be designed to meet campus-wide needs that span divisions. The platform currently includes Oracle, Cognos, Informatica, SPSS Modeler, and Tableau.
This position serves as an agent of IRT and creates partnerships between IRT and other divisions on campus, as well as shared governance groups. This position serves as a liaison and key contact for units such as Administration and Business Affairs, Human Resources, University Counsel, Public Safety, and UEI.
This position will serve as a key resource for IRT and the campus in terms of best practices in data governance such as data ownership, data access, data reporting, data definitions, data usage, data privacy, etc. This position will partner with other campus stakeholders to establish enterprise governance framework to control, protect, and enhance the value of data and information assets through their lifecycles.
The incumbent plays a leadership role in coordinating internal and external change management, in consultation with the IRT Communications & Marketing Analyst. The Senior Director also plays a leadership role in facilitating integrations between internal, external, and third-party applications.
The Senior Director works closely with IRT leadership to ensure effective collaboration, innovation, and communication throughout IRT. The position also plays a key role in making IRT operations as efficient and effective as possible. The position will help track software lifecycle management and help avoid duplication in features and functionality.
This position will access information assets containing protected data as defined in the CSU Data Classification Standard only if needed to accomplish an authorized task. Access must be based on the principles of need-to know and least privilege. This position will report any real or potential risk or threat to the security of campus devices, applications, or data to the Information Security Office.

Position Summary

The incumbent plays a leadership role in coordinating internal and external change management, in consultation with the IRT Communications & Marketing Analyst. The Senior Director also plays a leadership role in facilitating integrations between internal, external, and third-party applications.

Position Information
The California State University, Office of the Chancellor, is seeking an Associate Vice Chancellor for Civil Rights Programming and Services to be responsible for leading a team that will provide centralized strategic planning, oversight, support, and resources to the CSU’s university-level Title IX and other civil rights offices. The AVC will also oversee a team that is responsible for CSU’s compliance with laws and policies governing Equal Employment Opportunities and whistleblower (including whistleblower retaliation) complaints including responding to complaints that are investigated by the Chancellor’s Office and providing support, guidance and oversight to appropriate administrators at the CSU’s 23 universities. As recommended by a recent comprehensive review of its Title IX and other nondiscrimination (Discrimination, Harassment and Retaliation (DHR)) programs across each of the 23 universities and the Chancellor’s Office, the CSU is prioritizing the design of a new organizational structure at the Chancellor’s Office to support centralized oversight of campus Title IX and DHR (referred to collectively as Civil Rights) offices, including establishment of consistent practices across all 23 universities and the Chancellor’s Office; transition to a systemwide, enterprise-level case management system; systemwide strategic planning regarding training, prevention, and education responsibilities; routine analysis and dissemination of data gathered through campus climate surveys and from other sources; and ongoing oversight and support from the Chancellor’s Office to university-level Civil Rights offices. Responsibilities
Under the general direction of the Vice Chancellor for Human Resources, the Associate Vice Chancellor for Civil Rights Programming and Services will:

WORK SCHEDULE This position is included in the County's alternate workweek program, working 37.5 hours during a standard workweek of Monday through Thursday (Fridays off). Typical work schedule: M-Th 7:30am - 5:50pm or 7:30am - 6:00pm; 30-60 minute lunch Specific hours of work will be discussed with the candidate selected for this position at the time an offer of employment is extended. This position is designated as on-site/in-person. It is expected that the selected candidate will perform duties at the specified on-site work location.
