Minimum Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, or a related field, and seven years of progressively responsible administrative professional experience, including two years of supervisory experience preferably in a library, special district, or government. Position Summary This is highly responsible administrative, managerial, and advanced professional work directing the Administrative Services Division operations of the Alachua County Library District, an independent special taxing district. An employee assigned to this classification has responsibility for the supervision and effective operation of all fiscal, procurement, human resources, information technology, planning, and facilities operations of the Library District, including the supervision of clerical and staff personnel; and the installation of effective procedures, practices, and processes.
