At least 5 years of work experience playing a key role in building technical programs.

Must pass NERC CIP & Insider Threat Protection background checks.
Preferred Qualifications
Development or Programming background.

Responsible for knowledge of and engaging with SEC, other government agencies, and industry in the areas of Supply Chain Risk Management; Remain fully knowledgeable with all requirements and on-going discussions to develop new requirements both internal and external to the SEC as a subject matter expert for Supply Chain Risk Management; Advise and participate with senior leadership on Supply Chain Risk Management issues affecting the organization; Development and application of Supply Chain Risk Management policies and procedures to conduct risk identification, mitigation, and process improvement; Collect, analyze, and report on data for a wide variety of SEC contract supply chain and contract specific information as well as externally available data; Organizing and driving efforts to identify the need for policy changes or modifications based on new, evolving security technologies or threats; Manage the development and delivery of customized communications including internal briefings, and other high-level strategy or policy presentations to different levels of leadership and stakeholders; Maintain understanding of interrelationship between supply chain and procurement areas such as sourcing and subcontracting and prepare recommendations for improved operations and/or response to on-going developments in the area of Supply Chain Risk Management across Government and industry; AND Provide data collection, analysis, and recommendations on a wide range of subjects supporting procurement operations. Experience with supply chain risk management in a Federal Acquisition Regulation environment in areas such as sourcing subcontracting, with significant focus in the area of technology and data security; AND Experience performing analysis of policy and strategic federal and agency level decisions in supply chain risk management and acquisition; AND Experience developing policies and procedures and perform reviews for compliance; AND Experience with collecting, analyzing, and developing reports on data from a variety of data sources (e.g. contract data and externally available data).
