REGIONAL SALES MANAGER Our client is an employment screening provider to over 3,000 businesses throughout North America. I am Recruiting for Regional Sales Managers in your area to work remotely. Reporting to the National Director of Sales, the Ideal candidate would be an individual that has 3+ years experience working from a home office selling background check services. You must be able to drive new revenue through cold calls, networking, and conducting weekly face to face sales meetings, have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and keep impeccable records. A proven track record of success is imperative. This is a 100% hunter role, entrepreneurial mind set, technologically savvy and high energy. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree required 7 to 10 years of B to B sales Exp selling software or web delivered services Exp selling to HR leaders is a plus Proof of consistently achieving or surpassing quarterly quotas Proven track record of success Trained and practiced in the art of consultative, needs-benefits selling Significant Salesforce.com experience Duties/Responsibilities: · Meet quarterly sales objectives by expanding sales to existing customer base and driving new clients to company · Providing service to existing and new accounts to maintain and increase sales of employment screening/background check products · Planning and executing a regional marketing campaign including trade shows, speaking engagements and local advertising targeting the human resources market · Excellent prospecting, negotiating and relationship-building skills · Execute the outbound calling element of the sales programs and marketing campaigns Have the ability to sell a full suite of products and services including Applicant Tracking (SaaS), Background Screening, Drug Testing, Assessment Testing, and Reference Checking Services.
