We are a “Boutique” search firm with our specific business model in the field of Executive Healthcare, presenting the top tier candidates for any position within the Acute Care hospital arena. It matters not to us if the position is at the Director through the Executive level. Our business model also includes the additional fields of Academia, Physicians of all specialties, Pharmaceutical and Biomedical research organizations throughout the United States. In addition, the firm has collaborated to begin consulting and placement services to The Middle East, which we began January 2012. Executive Search is our strength in the human capital industry. We began this journey in 2002 learning to recruit staff nurses and pharmacists. Our learning curve had to be swift, thorough and accurate. As a small business entity we joined forces with other privately held search firms with the results showing since January of 2002 our firm has worked closely with candidates and clients in conducting more than five hundred senior-level searches worldwide. HFluitt’s Executive Search consultants linked with our many affiliate firms can provide our clients with some of the top Candidates in the marketplace, and present our candidates opportunities with some of the top organizations in their areas of expertise. Our membership with these Networks gives us access to the Candidates, and Job opportunities of over 150 affiliates and independent business owners, linked to over 200 Search Offices nationwide. 

Size Has Nothing to Do with Capability

Some companies can fall into the trap of believing that the size of a firm or the number of offices it has can affect its ability to complete a search. This simply is not so. In fact, single-office or boutique firms that operate on a nationwide or global basis such as HFluitt & Associates easily fill most high-impact positions. Of greater importance, is the relationship you have with the firm's individual consultant(s) in addition to the resources and methodology they have at their disposal. Smaller firms such as HFluitt & Associates take a more personalized approach and work with fewer, but have deeper client relationships. Our fees also reflect the benefits of our independent status.

It is widely accepted that once a client company has engaged a firm, that company is considered "off-limits" for recruiting purposes. Due to the global and multi-divisional nature of some client companies however, the parameters assigned to an off-limits agreement should be realistic and discussed up-front when beginning a relationship with a search firm. Through our unique Network’s extensive database and affiliate member firms, we can offer all of the services of the large search organizations with a more personal touch.

Obviously, the greater the number of client companies a firm has, the fewer places their consultants have to recruit. Larger firms often run into encumbrance issues, since they have a smaller pool of non-client companies from which to recruit.
