Education A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution is required. A master’s or advanced degree in organizational leadership, non-profit administration, or other related fields is preferred. Compensation A competitive compensation package will be provided to the successful candidate including a salary of approximately $190,000–$225,000 with a bonus opportunity of 6-8%.
