Job Description Baltimore Corps is seeking a Programs Manager of Special Initiatives to manage and support its alumni network of community leaders and Elevation Awards community grant program. Reporting to the Director of Programs, the Programs Manager of Special Initiatives will work closely with a dynamic Programs Team across four key priority areas: (1) career and professional development; (2) cultivation of community initiatives; (3) investing in leadership development; and (4) investing in infrastructure to support alumni connections and elevation awardees. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manage, facilitate, and coordinate Baltimore Corps’ Alumni and Elevation Awards experiences. Serve as the point person for the management of a growing alumni network. Strategically plan and facilitate program development with an equity lens. Implement Baltimore Corps’ strategy for fostering excellent interactions that will build and strengthen relationships between the organization and its growing community of Alumni and Elevation Awardees. Maintain and develop relationships with diverse stakeholders. Plan and execute mid-to-large-sized events for the Baltimore Corps Alumni and Elevation Awards communities.
