Position Summary
The SPS Finance Manager is an important member of the Securitas Products & Solutions (SPS) business Finance team. This is a hybrid Finance role that partners with the cross-functional leaders of two of our four brands (3xLOGIC and Sonitrol) and responsible for the financial close and analysis, forecasting/planning, commercial finance and accounts receivable. The role will also be the Finance lead for North America Operations to help drive productivity, consistent and standardized processes and well as financial transparency to support better tactical and strategic decision-making. This position is ideal for a finance professional with experience with FP&A, operations, has strong technical capabilities, high analytical acumen, and a proactive, collaborative approach. It offers the opportunity to grow your career in working in a dynamic international environment.
Prefer the candidate to be located in the Indianapolis area to facilitate better collaboration with the local Finance team and SPS leadership. This is a hybrid remote opportunity with expectations to work in the office 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Finance support
- Analyze month-end results, prepare journal entries as needed and monthly results variance analysis for review with business and Finance leadership
- Partner with various functional leaders to assist with weekly, monthly reporting of business KPI’s and help develop quarterly forecasts and annual budget
- Manage the Accounts Receivable function for the 3xLogic and Sonitrol brands
- North America Operations Finance lead
- Work with Operations leadership to develop, track and report on productivity projects
- Inventory management: assist with stock takes, cycle counts and process improvement
- Work with Operations and business Finance to support standard cost setting/roll forward
- Perform ad-hoc reporting requests and drive standard reporting where applicable
- Perform ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned (i.e., back-up for calculating monthly variable compensation payments for the SPS global sales organization)
Qualifications and Expertise
Required
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Finance / Accounting
- International and/or multi-entity business experience preferred
Knowledge/Technical Skills/Abilities:
- The ideal candidate will be a motivated, detailed, process oriented individual; a strong finance background (good understanding of financial statements and GAAP/IFRS accounting principles) with experience in financial results analysis, profitability analytics and financial planning and reporting
- Comfortable in a fast paced and changing environment. Experience in a corporate environment.

- Demonstrated record of change management successes & program management skills
- Articulate and effective communication skills with an appreciation for cultural dynamics

- High Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
- Experience with ERP systems (Netsuite preferred) and data analytic tools preferred (PBI)
