Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT and facilities management
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and facilities management best practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience managing remote teams
- Certifications in IT and facilities management
- Spanish speaking
