POSITION SUMMARY:
The Information Technology Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for the organization’s technology environment. This role oversees IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, applications, and technical operations to ensure stable, secure, and efficient systems that support patient care and business objectives. The position manages IT staff, coordinates technology initiatives, partners with organizational leadership, and ensures alignment with FPCSN strategy, standards, and regulatory requirements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Program and Technology Management
- Lead the assessment, selection, implementation, and lifecycle management of technology solutions.
- Manage the execution of the IT roadmap to address current and emerging organizational priorities.
- Ensure solutions meet operational, clinical, and business requirements.
Infrastructure, Security, and Operations Management
- Oversee infrastructure, cybersecurity, applications, and technical operations.
- Ensure adherence to IT standards, policies, guidelines, and best practices.
- Support reliable 24/7 technology operations.
Change, Risk, and Continuity Management
- Ensure appropriate change management, testing, and deployment of technology solutions.
- Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning and readiness.
- Identify and mitigate technology-related risks.
Partnership and Stakeholder Collaboration
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clinical, operational, and administrative leaders.
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, Compliance, Legal, and other business partners.
- Promote solutions that enhance patient care and organizational efficiency.
Team Leadership and Development
- Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate IT staff performance.
- Provide coaching and support to foster professional growth and accountability.
- Build and sustain a culture aligned with FPCSN values.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- This position has direct supervisory responsibility for Information Technology staff.
- Perform other tasks, duties, and responsibilities as may be assigned.
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates should possess a diverse range of skills and experience including but not limited to:
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Six (6) or more years of progressive IT leadership experience in a healthcare environment.
- Advanced knowledge of technical support and enterprise IT systems.

Required Skills and Abilities
- Ability to pass required background screenings.
- Required Immunizations: Hep B Vaccination and TB/PPD Test.
- Optional Immunizations: Covid Vaccination and Flu Vaccination.
- Maintain current valid applicable position credentials.
- Maintain reliable transportation to travel throughout the network and/or participating events outside the network as needed.
- Must be willing to work on-site.
Lifting Requirements
LIGHT – Exerting up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. The use of arm and/or leg control requires force greater than sedentary, but worker still sits majority of time.
