Brentwood School, a vibrant and diverse K-12 independent school, is looking for a full time Bookstore Manager. This is a 12- month position and the Bookstore Manager is responsible for the overall efficient and effective operations of the Brentwood School Bookstore.
Responsibilities
Education Materials
o Communicate with Department Chairs and Middle School faculty regarding the curriculum and instruction materials required for each school year

o Purchase digital licenses to work with the students’ online-access licenses

o Preparation of student print materials for pick-up
o Purchase books for Summer School as requested
o Purchase and distribute the chosen summer reading book for all faculty and staff
Athletic Department Sports Clothing
o Assist the Athletic department to create community and school pride with the purchase of promotional clothing highlighting each sport
o Work with the Athletic department on the ordering of all athletic team uniforms including Cheer, Drill and Poms clothing and ensure proper student billing
o Coordinate and order letterman jackets on an annual basis
Data Entry
o Create purchase orders in Retail Management Hero (“RMH”), the Bookstore’s computer program
o Enter relevant new student information into RMH each year
o Enter all invoices into RMH to update inventory
o Work closely with the Business Office to ensure proper student billing for all Bookstore purchases
Monthly/Quarterly Reporting
o Produce all the required reporting needed by the Business Office to ensure proper student billing, monthly credit card reconciliations, and sales tax reporting
Eagle Cards
o Print and distribute Eagle Cards for grades 6- 12 Grade prior to the start of the school year and replacement cards as needed during the school year
Other Duties

Qualifications
Minimum High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred

Position Summary
The Senior Director of Enterprise Systems & Data Services, reports to the AVP for Planning & Digital Transformation and serves as a member of the IRT leadership team. The platform will meet both strategic and operational needs for data and reports for multiple divisions including Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, Advancement, and Budget and Finance. When possible, reports should be designed to meet campus-wide needs that span divisions. The platform currently includes Oracle, Cognos, Informatica, SPSS Modeler, and Tableau.
This position serves as an agent of IRT and creates partnerships between IRT and other divisions on campus, as well as shared governance groups. This position serves as a liaison and key contact for units such as Administration and Business Affairs, Human Resources, University Counsel, Public Safety, and UEI.
This position will serve as a key resource for IRT and the campus in terms of best practices in data governance such as data ownership, data access, data reporting, data definitions, data usage, data privacy, etc. This position will partner with other campus stakeholders to establish enterprise governance framework to control, protect, and enhance the value of data and information assets through their lifecycles.
The incumbent plays a leadership role in coordinating internal and external change management, in consultation with the IRT Communications & Marketing Analyst. The Senior Director also plays a leadership role in facilitating integrations between internal, external, and third-party applications.
The Senior Director works closely with IRT leadership to ensure effective collaboration, innovation, and communication throughout IRT. The position also plays a key role in making IRT operations as efficient and effective as possible. Position Summary

This position serves as an agent of IRT and creates partnerships between IRT and other divisions on campus, as well as shared governance groups. This position will serve as a key resource for IRT and the campus in terms of best practices in data governance such as data ownership, data access, data reporting, data definitions, data usage, data privacy, etc. This position will partner with other campus stakeholders to establish enterprise governance framework to control, protect, and enhance the value of data and information assets through their lifecycles.
The incumbent plays a leadership role in coordinating internal and external change management, in consultation with the IRT Communications & Marketing Analyst. The Senior Director also plays a leadership role in facilitating integrations between internal, external, and third-party applications.
The Senior Director works closely with IRT leadership to ensure effective collaboration, innovation, and communication throughout IRT. The position also plays a key role in making IRT operations as efficient and effective as possible. 40% Digital Design Direction
• Provide overall creative leadership and digital design strategy for the college through the translation of the brand’s guidelines for digital platforms. • Assess the college’s online brand identity and develop strategic and creative digital concepts and materials to advance the college’s strategic goals. • Develop, implement, and evaluate short-and-long-term goals, objectives, and projects of digital visual marketing and communications in the college. • Partner with Senior Director of Marketing (SDM), Assistant Director of Marketing (ADM), Digital Communications Specialist (DCS), and Web Development Manager (WDM) to guide digital design needs and provide digital design assets to projects initiated by the marketing and communications team in the production of digital projects.

The College of Engineering is seeking an Assistant Art Director. This is a full-time (1.00 FTE), 12-month, professional faculty position.
This position is responsible for enhancing and building the online brand image of the College of Engineering through digital and print communications. Primarily, this position provides strategic visual brand direction for the college's digital landscape and leads the development of digital creative concepts to help move the college's peer engineering schools and many stakeholders — alumni, donors, industry partners, state and federal government entities, and prospective high-achieving and underrepresented students — toward stronger relationships (i.e., opinion, perception, and affinity) with the college and thereby increasing brand visibility, reputation, and loyalty. The incumbent assists the Art Director (AD) and Senior Director of Marketing (SDM) on overall college brand strategy, specializes in digital visual communications, and is responsible for ensuring that all digital assets produced in the college support the overall strategy and visual identity of the college and the institution.

Key Responsibilities
40% Digital Design Direction
• Provide overall creative leadership and digital design strategy for the college through the translation of the brand’s guidelines for digital platforms. • Assess the college’s online brand identity and develop strategic and creative digital concepts and materials to advance the college’s strategic goals. • Develop, implement, and evaluate short-and-long-term goals, objectives, and projects of digital visual marketing and communications in the college. • Partner with Senior Director of Marketing (SDM), Assistant Director of Marketing (ADM), Digital Communications Specialist (DCS), and Web Development Manager (WDM) to guide digital design needs and provide digital design assets to projects initiated by the marketing and communications team in the production of digital projects.
• Develop wireframes and collaborate with the SDM and WDM in the development of the UX. • Advance the UX/UI on the college’s web development. Oversee the design of the user flow on key college landing pages, oversee digital design for the mobile experience, and provide sketches to the WDM. • Advise the SDM and WDM on front-end digital design • Provide design assets for the college’s social media channels
• Provide Oregon State brand guidance and leadership to COE communicators and designers, student clubs, and internal units, ensuring consistency throughout all digital communication materials.
35% – Design and Production for Print and Digital Communications
• Responsible for design, production, and output for all digital communications, and design and production of print communications as needed. • Conceptualize and design a wide variety of online and print publications including websites, emails, social media, video, motion graphics, brochures, advertisements, and more. • Work collaboratively with internal and university partners to manage the production of projects, develop new ideas, and ensure high-quality outcomes. • As needed, prepare print materials specifications for vendors, obtaining bids; purchasing, and maintaining contact with producers to ensure adherence to timelines and specifications. • Following the current college visual identity and adhering to the university’s brand guidelines, and the college’s sub-brand guide, create graphic images including illustrations, information graphics, and icons. • Maintain the college’s online portfolio and digital style guide.
15% Lead Work
• Provide digital design best practices and leadership to college’s external relations team and additional stakeholder units within the college, including monitoring quality; providing feedback; answering questions. • Guide student workers with digital motion graphics for social media and support student workers’ learning by teaching graphic design best practices and digital marketing strategies • Coordinate and manage the work of vendors to successfully complete projects. • Assist with the hiring and monitoring of freelance photographers, illustrators, and print and web designers, as needed. As needed, drive a personal vehicle to photo/video shoots.
10% Technical Support and Professional Development
• Manage and archive project files and other digital assets. • Create and maintain database of digital design assets, files and templates for faculty, staff, and students. • Develop skills and competencies related to work priorities and tasks through onsite or offsite training, conferences, etc.
What You Will Need
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Web Development or a related field AND six years of experience in graphic design and/or website design. • Four years of experience in UI/UX design, using UX design and UI tools such as Sketch. • Online portfolio that demonstrates high-quality digital design work. • Strong working knowledge of content management systems like Drupal and Wordpress. • Experience in video and motion graphic design using Adobe Premiere and After Effects. • Advanced experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Suite, and Microsoft office. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to interpret technical ideas for a non-technical audience. • A demonstrable commitment to promoting and enhancing diversity.

The successful candidate will:
Solicitation, Cultivation & Discovery:
• Meet with corporation and foundation prospects to understand their priorities and strategies with the objective of identifying and building significant alliances, leading to philanthropic support for the Eli Broad College of Business.
• Maintain an aggressive travel and communications schedule with new and existing corporate and foundation partners to build and enrich the Eli Broad College of Business relationships with them.
• Identify and build relationships with key alumni/friends within target corporations and foundations in order to seek advice and assistance in relationship building, charitable gifts, and research funding.
Strategy and Coordination:
• Establish close and effective working relationships with College administration, the University Advancement Corporate Relations and Foundation Relations teams, and MSU Business-CONNECT. This requires a person who is experienced and comfortable in working across administrative boundaries in an open and collegial environment.
• Become conversant with the Eli Broad College of Business's strengths and strategic priorities.
• In collaboration with the University Advancement Corporate Relations and Foundation Relations teams, participate in the development of a coordinated strategy to engage target corporations and foundations with the Eli Broad College of Business’ programs/researchers/educational mission.
• Participate in regular meetings with the University Advancement Corporate Relations and Foundation Relations teams.
• Establish effective working relationships with academic department heads, center and institute directors, faculty, and administrators throughout the Eli Broad College of Business in order to thoroughly understand their programs and priorities and to assist them in managing their respective corporate and foundation partnership activities.
• Create opportunities for regular and substantive contact between high-level corporate and foundation executives and the Eli Broad College of Business Dean, Chairs, Center Directors, and key faculty.

Prospective candidates will have excellent written and communication skills, with the ability to produce business correspondence; solicitation materials; appropriate letters of acknowledgement; proposals to individuals, corporations, and foundations; and reports. She/he will have a demonstrated ability to establish and manage multiple business relationships with complex, multifaceted organizations successfully and simultaneously. Individuals sought for this role will have in-depth knowledge of the breadth of corporate interactions with higher education and with foundation practices. They will also have the ability to understand quickly and translate clearly and succinctly faculty research and its value to potential funders.
Unit Specific Education/Experience/Skills Knowledge equivalent to that which normally would be acquired by completing a four-year college degree program in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, and/or Business; three to five years of related and progressively more responsible or expansive work experience in public relations, volunteer administration, professional and higher education fundraising, marketing or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Desired Qualifications
• Minimum of bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Five years of demonstrated and progressively more responsible experience working within private sector corporations in higher education development, research and development, communications, public relations, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience in managing business relationships in a role such as account manager is desirable.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Experience and level of sophistication needed to deal with high-level management in the corporate or education sector.
• Must be goal-oriented and an accomplished problem solver.

Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining a portfolio of corporate and foundation prospects for the Eli Broad College of Business.
The successful candidate will:
Solicitation, Cultivation & Discovery:
• Meet with corporation and foundation prospects to understand their priorities and strategies with the objective of identifying and building significant alliances, leading to philanthropic support for the Eli Broad College of Business.
• Maintain an aggressive travel and communications schedule with new and existing corporate and foundation partners to build and enrich the Eli Broad College of Business relationships with them.
• Identify and build relationships with key alumni/friends within target corporations and foundations in order to seek advice and assistance in relationship building, charitable gifts, and research funding.
Strategy and Coordination:
• Establish close and effective working relationships with College administration, the University Advancement Corporate Relations and Foundation Relations teams, and MSU Business-CONNECT. This requires a person who is experienced and comfortable in working across administrative boundaries in an open and collegial environment.
• Become conversant with the Eli Broad College of Business's strengths and strategic priorities.
• In collaboration with the University Advancement Corporate Relations and Foundation Relations teams, participate in the development of a coordinated strategy to engage target corporations and foundations with the Eli Broad College of Business’ programs/researchers/educational mission.
• Participate in regular meetings with the University Advancement Corporate Relations and Foundation Relations teams.
• Establish effective working relationships with academic department heads, center and institute directors, faculty, and administrators throughout the Eli Broad College of Business in order to thoroughly understand their programs and priorities and to assist them in managing their respective corporate and foundation partnership activities.
• Create opportunities for regular and substantive contact between high-level corporate and foundation executives and the Eli Broad College of Business Dean, Chairs, Center Directors, and key faculty.
• Coordinate with the Eli Broad College of Business’s grant funding recipients to provide stewardship, monitor outcomes and prepare regular progress reports.
Reporting:
• Reports directly to the Eli Broad College of Business’s Senior Director of Development.
• Dotted line appointment to the Senior Director of Corporate Relations
Prospective candidates will have excellent written and communication skills, with the ability to produce business correspondence; solicitation materials; appropriate letters of acknowledgement; proposals to individuals, corporations, and foundations; and reports. She/he will have a demonstrated ability to establish and manage multiple business relationships with complex, multifaceted organizations successfully and simultaneously. Individuals sought for this role will have in-depth knowledge of the breadth of corporate interactions with higher education and with foundation practices. They will also have the ability to understand quickly and translate clearly and succinctly faculty research and its value to potential funders.
Unit Specific Education/Experience/Skills Knowledge equivalent to that which normally would be acquired by completing a four-year college degree program in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, and/or Business; three to five years of related and progressively more responsible or expansive work experience in public relations, volunteer administration, professional and higher education fundraising, marketing or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Desired Qualifications
• Minimum of bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Five years of demonstrated and progressively more responsible experience working within private sector corporations in higher education development, research and development, communications, public relations, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience in managing business relationships in a role such as account manager is desirable.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Experience and level of sophistication needed to deal with high-level management in the corporate or education sector.
• Must be goal-oriented and an accomplished problem solver.
• Must be team-oriented/collaborative.

Job Description The Kennedy Center Marketing and Sales department is charged with planning, creating and optimizing all marketing communications to promote performing arts and other events at the Center and in offsite communities. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Marketing Analytics Manger will advance data collection and analysis to inform advertising and sales, strategic planning, and patron experience decision making. This position will also work closely with the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Chief Strategy Officer and the business intelligence and CRM teams within the IT department. Key Responsibilities Analysis Understand the goals of campaigns and marketing activities and collaborate with marketing team to derive relevant metrics, targets, and data collection strategies and communicate insights to stakeholders. Create data visualizations that illustrate trends and inform decision making. Effectively communicate research and insights findings to all levels of the organization to help guide strategic decision making. Monitor ongoing analytics such as website traffic, email campaign results, and social media activity. Collaborate with Capacity Interactive on our Google Analytics implementation. Set hypotheses, conduct A/B testing and make recommendations for optimization of marketing campaigns using both Wordfly and Google Analytics data. Perform analytical strategic “deep dives” into trends, including preparing thought-guiding materials and metrics for various Kennedy Center Boards, including the WNO, NSO, and Kennedy Center Boards Create and maintain statistical regression analysis across genres to inform revenue projection process. Maintain models for forecasting revenue for performances during the sales cycle. Use machine learning tools to help revenue projects get even more accurate. Build predictive models that help solve complex business problems. Reporting Develop recurring reports focused on end user experience and share reports cross functionally. Integrate external data sets from research and surveys into customer data for analysis. Work to help clean and standardize marketing data collection and data input into Tessitura. Plan and execute audience survey strategy, including collaborating with consultants on baseline audience surveys, planning and coordinating intercept surveys for capturing information from millennium stage audiences, and maintaining and reporting on our triggered post performance survey. Maintain regular sales reporting, including daily sales reports, daily forecasting reports, and weekly sales reports for all Kennedy Center programs. Report on audience insights including demographic and geographic trends across genres and over time. Create and manage cross-departmental after-action reviews for select events and campaigns. CRM Establish best practices for segmentation, forecasting, targeting, analysis, and execution of CRM programs across all genres. Manage segmentation strategy for all marketing lists. Evaluate data needs of various marketing and web staff and work with IT team to ensure data is available, reliable, and appropriately secured. Work closely with the BI teams and the CRM teams in the IT department as the representative for marketing in conversations regarding systems upgrades, prioritization of projects, and other moments that need marketing representation. About AIDS/LifeCycle
AIDS/LifeCycle (ALC) is produced by and benefits San Francisco AIDS Foundation (SFAF) and the Los Angeles LGBT Center (the Center). The event debuted in 1994 as the California AIDS Ride before it was reconfigured to what is known today as AIDS/LifeCycle (ALC), the world’s largest annual HIV/AIDS fundraiser. AIDS/LifeCycle is a fully supported, seven-day, 545-mile bike ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles that raises important awareness about the ongoing HIV/AIDS epidemic, in addition to funding critical services such as HIV testing and screenings for other sexually transmitted infections, ALC funds HIV care, harm reduction, prevention services including PrEP, and more.
AIDS/LifeCycle happens the first full week in June and averages 2500 Cyclists and 500 volunteers (“Roadies”) participating in the event. Professional Requirements

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $180,000 – 185,000. The employer will be based on the region of California where the Ride Director resides (e.g., Northern California: San Francisco AIDS Foundation, Southern California: Los Angeles LGBT Center).
SFAF’s comprehensive benefits plan includes 100% employer-paid health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. SFAF’s generous paid leave policies include 14 paid holidays, 24 days of Paid Time Off/Sick Time for the first two years of employment, and 29 days after two years. Professional Requirements
The Ride Director will have the strategic and leadership skills to envision and realize continued growth and a sustainable future for ALC. Critically, they will be a collaborative, big-picture thinker with staff and project management expertise and technical skills to lead a high-functioning team through the 18-month process required to produce a 545-mile, weeklong, multi-site ride that raises $16 million for two essential community-based organizations. The ideal candidate will bring:
• At least five years of senior leadership experience in positions with similar budget and staff oversight responsibilities; • Fundraising expertise, including ideally, event-based peer-to-peer fundraising and/or corporate sponsorship experience; • Event production knowledge is required, large multi-day event experience with cause-based athletic endurance events is highly regarded; • Entrepreneurial savvy supported by the financial acumen to create and implement a multi-year business plan that builds on ALC’s past success to increase the Ride’s growth and impact with knowledge of budgeting; • Prior experience growing and scaling large events is ideal; • An appetite for innovation including knowledge of the ways in which technology is used to engage event donors, participants, and volunteers; • Sophisticated traditional, social media, and grassroots marketing skills to guide strategies for reaching new audiences; • Exceptional communication skills including messaging and public speaking skills to engage the ALC community, and attract new audiences; • Outstanding interpersonal skills defined by the capacity to develop and maintain strong and authentic working relationships with key constituents, including Roadie Captains, Corporate Sponsors, and Team Leaders; • A commitment to upholding the values of diversity, equity, and inclusion and the ability to further advance ALC’s efforts to be an actively inclusive and diverse event.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $180,000 – 185,000. The employer will be based on the region of California where the Ride Director resides (e.g., Northern California: San Francisco AIDS Foundation, Southern California: Los Angeles LGBT Center).
SFAF’s comprehensive benefits plan includes 100% employer-paid health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. SFAF’s generous paid leave policies include 14 paid holidays, 24 days of Paid Time Off/Sick Time for the first two years of employment, and 29 days after two years. SFAF offers a 403(b)-retirement plan and matches employee contributions up to 3% of salary. Location
The Ride Director may be based in San Francisco or Los Angeles but will be expected to divide their time between the two cities, spending time with the two producing organizations and the event’s Northern and Southern California staff and stewarding the relationship between the leadership teams in each location. An annual stipend to support travel and related expenses is provided.

• Identify and understand key audiences for marketing communication efforts and work with the Marketing Team to develop a communications strategy that aligns target audiences with revenue goals.
• Lead and empower the student ambassador team.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree with a preference in Marketing, Communications, or related field. • 5+ years of previous experience. • Superb oral and written communication skills, including negotiating vendor agreements. • Strong project management skills. • Highly skilled at prioritizing projects and working collaboratively within a complex, dynamic environment. • Knowledgeable about brand management best practices. • Experience using HTML and a working knowledge of CSS. • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically but not limited to, Photoshop, InDesign, Premier Pro, and Lightroom. • Must have extensive experience with website content management systems and working with website integrations, plugins, and APIs. • Experienced in crafting engaging social media content to increase awareness and drive sales. • Comfortable working with Google Analytics, especially GA4. • Experience in digital media planning and buying. • Familiarity with email marketing principles, including automated/dynamic email campaigns and personalization. • Experienced in developing and working within specified budgets specifically related to digital media planning and buying. • Experience managing and directing a team.

Minimum Qualifications:

Position Summary:
The College of Engineering is seeking an Events Manager. This is a full-time (1.00 FTE), 12-month, professional faculty position.
The Event Manager organizes and oversees logistics for in-person and virtual programming, including major events in the College of Engineering. The role will implement programs to support strategic external relations priorities, including alumni and donor relations, undergraduate and graduate student recruitment, industry relations and corporate engagement, and college reputation building.
The role establishes and maintains relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including alumni, faculty, staff, volunteers, industry partners, committees, federal, state, and local agencies, and professional associations to ensure the desired outcomes are met for college events and programs. 60% Events and programs logisticsAs a member of the college advancement team, this role will coordinate with colleagues across the college and university to develop and implement new and existing programming to engage college constituents. Provides event and program management:
• Oversees logistics and budget to ensure event and program objectives are met.
• Establishes protocols, collaborates with stakeholders, builds and maintains relationships with various internal and external constituents, and coordinates with vendors.

The Event Manager organizes and oversees logistics for in-person and virtual programming, including major events in the College of Engineering. The role will implement programs to support strategic external relations priorities, including alumni and donor relations, undergraduate and graduate student recruitment, industry relations and corporate engagement, and college reputation building.
The role establishes and maintains relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including alumni, faculty, staff, volunteers, industry partners, committees, federal, state, and local agencies, and professional associations to ensure the desired outcomes are met for college events and programs. The role will participate in efforts that support the mission, vision, and goals for the college. The role reports to the Senior Director of Advancement in the college.

Position Duties
60% Events and programs logisticsAs a member of the college advancement team, this role will coordinate with colleagues across the college and university to develop and implement new and existing programming to engage college constituents. Programs may be in-person or virtual and a focus will be placed on hybrid event management.
Provides event and program management:
• Oversees logistics and budget to ensure event and program objectives are met.
• Establishes protocols, collaborates with stakeholders, builds and maintains relationships with various internal and external constituents, and coordinates with vendors.
• Drafts event proposals and coordinates with executive management to ensure event objectives are achieved.
• Works with the college marketing and communications team to ensure compliance with university and college branding guidelines in all marketing and communications, as well as compliance with university policy, and state and federal regulations.
• Maintains the advancement events calendar.
• Ensure constituent engagement tracking within CRM Advance (donor information database).
• This position may require the use of a personally owned vehicle or use of an OSU vehicle to carry out position duties, such as driving students to and from events.
20% Professional development and other duties as assigned
• Identify best practices in the fields of event management and constituent engagement through continued professional development.
10% Analysis and outcome measurements
• Assess outcomes of initiatives and make determinations on continuation or changes in strategy in consultation with the Senior Director of Advancement.
• Evaluates event results and outcomes and implements improvements in support of the organizational mission.
• Provides analysis, data, and reporting to assess the effectiveness of current programs and services and to inform decisions and make recommendations to executive management.
• Creates and implements new strategies to improve and measure the success of programs and events.
• Evaluates events and programs and conducts analysis for cost-saving measures.
10% Supervision
• Supervises a team of student employees.
• Provides lead work to classified and professional staff within college units as needed in support of event management.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality management or closely related field with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in event management.
• Demonstrated success in event design.
• Demonstrated project management skills, including managing multiple, competing assignments simultaneously and working under pressure.
• Experience setting priorities, developing work plans, monitoring progress, and tracking
• details/data/information, and ability to manage time effectively, both independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent, verbal and written communications skills, organization skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to implement creative problem solving and make independent decisions with little to no oversight.
• A demonstrable commitment to promoting and enhancing diversity.
• Proficiency in software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher and Adobe Acrobat.

• Previous experience working in higher education.
• Previous experience working with or within a nonprofit organization or private foundation.
• Experience with overseeing and executing large-scale events for alumni, volunteers, students, industry partners, and/or other community constituents.
• Previous experience in leading programming that resulted in meaningful and measurable engagement.
Working Conditions / Work Schedule
• Light to moderate lifting may be required.
• Regular attendance required. Some weekend and evening work required.
• Travel is required, including driving to events.
