This Staff Assistant works as a member of a team to ensure a positive experience for more than 30,000 people who rely on the Student Information System (SIS) to conduct their business on campus. A strong candidate possesses excellent customer service skills, along with teaching/training skills, writing skills, testing skills, and an understanding of relational database concepts. This position calls for high levels of audience awareness in both written and spoken communications.
